Bluechip Technologies has announced plans for the third edition of the Bluechip Data and AI Summit, scheduled to hold on June 10, bringing together industry leaders, innovators, policymakers and technology professionals to examine the growing influence of data and artificial intelligence on business and society.
The summit, founded by technology entrepreneurs Olumide Soyombo and Kazeem Tewogbade, has steadily evolved into a prominent gathering for experts in the data and AI ecosystem. Organisers said the previous edition drew more than 4,000 participants and featured nine specialised workshops alongside case study sessions that explored real world applications of data science and artificial intelligence across industries.
Speaking ahead of the upcoming edition, the founders noted that the rapid expansion of data driven technologies across sectors has increased the relevance of platforms that encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing among professionals shaping the digital economy.
According to the organisers, the 2026 summit will feature an expanded programme that includes twelve specialised workshops led by industry experts, real world case studies on AI implementation, technology exhibitions showcasing new innovations, and networking sessions designed to connect stakeholders across business, government and the technology community.
With organisations increasingly relying on data analytics and artificial intelligence to drive innovation, efficiency and strategic decision making, the summit is expected to provide a forum for professionals to explore emerging trends and practical solutions that can support digital transformation in Africa’s fast evolving technology landscape
