The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) recently announced a significant collaboration with Nokia Solutions and Networks Nigeria. Their joint venture aims to empower young Nigerians with cutting-edge knowledge in 4G and 5G radio and transmission technologies.
Dr. Aminu Maina, the Executive Vice Chairman of the Commission, shared this development on his social media platform. He highlighted that the training sessions would span across the nation, taking place at the Commission’s Digital Parks.
As part of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), Nokia Nigeria will establish a fully operational 5G/4G test lab. This initiative will capitalize on their most advanced radio and transmission technologies, ushering in a new era of telecommunications innovation in Nigeria.
