Eventhive has announced plans to host Africa Fintech Live 2026 in Nairobi, bringing together key stakeholders to shape the future of financial services across the continent. The event is scheduled to hold on May 7, 2026, at the Sarit Expo Centre, with participation expected from leaders in payments, telecommunications, banking, fintech, e commerce, and the broader digital economy.

Africa Fintech Live forms part of the Africa Tech Series, a pan African platform that convenes conversations on technology and innovation across major cities including Lagos, London, Nairobi, Kigali, and Johannesburg. Now in its third year, the conference has grown into a leading platform for collaboration, deal making, and thought leadership, focusing on innovations that are redefining Africa’s financial services landscape and expanding its global relevance.

The 2026 edition will open with a high level panel session titled “Rewriting Africa’s Financial Services for a Global Playbook,” which will examine how the continent’s advancements in digital payments, interoperability, and financial inclusion are influencing global standards. Chief Executive Officer of Eventhive, Jamiu Ijaodola, said the gathering is designed to align operators, regulators, investors, and innovators around the infrastructure, partnerships, and policy frameworks required to scale African solutions beyond local markets.

Organisers expect the event to attract hundreds of delegates from across Africa and international markets, reinforcing its role as a strategic meeting point for partnerships that drive growth and cross border innovation. Africa Fintech Live continues to position itself as a catalyst for strengthening Africa’s role in the global fintech ecosystem, while Eventhive sustains its broader mission of connecting business leaders through impactful, knowledge driven gatherings across multiple sectors.
