Techstars backed creator commerce platform, Mainstack, has launched Version 4 of its platform, introducing a redesigned ecosystem that enables creators to build, manage and grow their digital businesses from a single platform. Unveiled during its first Product Day in Lagos, the new version combines storefronts, email marketing, payments, onboarding and other business tools into one integrated experience.

A major highlight of the launch is Tribes, a new community management feature that allows creators to build paid digital communities with tiered access, automated payment verification and multiple discussion spaces. Mainstack said the product was developed to address the limitations of existing community platforms and better support the needs of African creators.

The company also announced seven upcoming features, including Artificial Intelligence powered tools for brand partnerships, automated Instagram messaging, revenue sharing for collaborators, email automation, contract templates, creator financing and an advanced sales page builder. These additions are designed to simplify business operations and help creators increase their earnings.

Mainstack Co founder and Chief Executive Officer, Ayobami Oyaleke, said Version 4 represents a complete rebuild of the platform rather than a routine update. Founded in 2021, the Lagos based company now serves more than 55,000 creators across Africa and beyond, providing tools for digital products, event ticketing, community building and online payments.
