With over 174,000 colour combinations accessible through the LG ThinQ app, the MoodUP Refrigerator offers families a unique way to match their kitchen environment to their mood or décor.
At the launch event, LG emphasized the product’s alignment with Nigeria’s vibrant culture and dynamic lifestyle. Mr. Dae Hwa Jung, Marketing Manager for Kitchen Solutions, LG Middle East and Africa, noted that the MoodUP Refrigerator empowers Nigerian households to express themselves through music and colour. Similarly, Mr. Oktae Kim, General Manager of LG Electronics Nigeria, highlighted the appliance as a bold blend of joy, personalization, and smart living tailored to the Nigerian market.
Beyond aesthetics, the MoodUP Refrigerator integrates LG’s advanced cooling technologies such as Door Cooling+, LINEARCooling, and Hygiene Fresh+, ensuring optimal food preservation and energy efficiency. With smart AI features and InstaView Technology, users can receive subtle reminders about door status and minimize power consumption, underscoring LG’s commitment to sustainability and intelligent design.
