Flowmono, a leading African e-signature and workflow automation platform, has launched major upgrades to its E-sign solution and introduced a beta version of its latest business process management tool, Flowmono Automate.

These developments aim to help large enterprises digitize approvals, streamline repetitive processes, and increase overall business agility. As organizations seek greater speed, accuracy, and control in document-driven operations, Flowmono’s upgrades promise to eliminate delays and inefficiencies tied to outdated systems.

Among the new features is a bulk signing request function, enabling businesses to send multiple documents to different recipients simultaneously—ideal for companies managing large volumes of HR forms, contracts, or approvals. An enhanced E-sign editor now allows users to reorder recipients, customize workflows, and fine-tune control elements on documents.

Firms like UAC Foods, CAP PLC, and NSIA have already reported faster document approvals, cost savings, and improved compliance by switching from foreign platforms like AdobeSign and DocuSign to Flowmono’s locally-priced alternative.

Flowmono Automate, currently in beta, goes beyond approvals to help teams build automated workflows across departments using a drag-and-drop Process Designer and real-time Task Manager. The tool includes smart notifications, conditional logic, and an API repository for seamless integration with existing systems.

Its focus on affordability and naira-based pricing makes it a practical alternative to global platforms like Microsoft Power Automate, especially as African businesses face rising foreign software costs and volatile exchange rates.

Looking ahead, Flowmono plans to roll out AI-powered automation features, a comprehensive analytics dashboard, and more third-party integrations. The upcoming Process Manager tool will allow enterprises to design end-to-end workflows without writing code, while a new Vendor and Procurement Management Cloud (VPMC) will centralize supplier and procurement functions. As digital transformation becomes a priority for African enterprises, Flowmono is positioning itself as the go-to digital operations platform, offering scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions for businesses across the continent.
