Vertiv, a global leader in critical digital infrastructure, has announced a new partnership with Coscharis Technologies to distribute its IT infrastructure solutions in Nigeria and Ghana.

This move aims to enhance customer access to Vertiv’s portfolio and strengthen the company’s presence across Central Africa’s IT channels as the partnership reflects both companies’ commitment to driving digital transformation in Central Africa by offering standard solutions and strengthening their foothold in the region’s IT market.

Coscharis Technologies, a subsidiary of the well-established Coscharis Group, has over 30 years of experience as a distributor of leading IT brands. The company, part of a Nigerian conglomerate with interests spanning automotive, healthcare, IT, and agriculture, is recognized as one of Nigeria’s largest distributors of information and communication technology (ICT) products.

Gbenga Adebowale, Vertiv’s Enterprise Sales Director for Central Africa, expressed excitement over the partnership, citing Coscharis Technologies’ solid footprint in Sub-Saharan Africa. “We look forward to a successful partnership that will strengthen our local presence and expand our reach in the region,” Adebowale said.

The Managing Director of Coscharis Technologies, Dr. Emomine Sunday Mukoro, emphasized the company’s commitment to high-quality partnerships. “We take pride in working with first-class brands, and Vertiv’s reputation for superior products and service aligns with our focus on excellence,” Mukoro explained

Vertiv, known for its extensive industry experience, brings over 50 years of expertise in critical digital infrastructure services to the table. The partnership will leverage Coscharis Technologies’ local market knowledge and distribution capabilities, providing Vertiv’s uninterruptible power supply systems (UPS), power distribution units (PDUs), and other integrated solutions to businesses in Nigeria and Ghana.

Coscharis Technologies views the partnership as mutually beneficial, with the goal of helping Vertiv grow its presence in Central Africa while offering innovative solutions to clients seeking digital transformation. Mukoro noted that this collaboration would benefit both parties as they work to meet the region’s IT infrastructure needs.

Vertiv sees Coscharis as a key player in supporting its regional partner program. The Vertiv Partner Program offers five membership tiers—Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Diamond Elite—providing partners access to resources, rewards, and a personalized dashboard for monitoring bonus points and incentives.
