Four Twitter executives, including former CEO Parag Agrawal, filed a lawsuit against Elon Musk on Monday, claiming he owes them over $128 million in severance payments after their termination following Musk’s acquisition of the company (now named X).
The lawsuit accuses Musk of firing Agrawal, CFO Ned Segal, and lawyers Sean Edgett and Vijaya Gadde with “special ire” for holding him to his initial purchase agreement when he attempted to back out. It further claims Musk threatened them, citing a biography quote where he allegedly said he would “hunt” them down.

Apart from this lawsuit, Musk is facing other legal actions. Several former Twitter employees and landlords have sued him for unpaid dues and evictions.
In response to Musk’s allegations of misconduct by the executives, the lawsuit denies any wrongdoing. It states that Musk never provided evidence to support his accusations and portrays his actions as a deliberate strategy to delay payments and burden them with legal costs.
