Africa Tech Summit London has announced 13 investor ready startups selected to showcase their innovations at the London Stock Exchange on May 29, 2026, as part of the conference’s 10th edition. The event, regarded as one of the leading African technology conferences in Europe, will bring together more than 350 African and international investors, startups, regulators, and corporate organisations to explore investment opportunities and partnerships across the continent’s growing technology ecosystem.

The selected ventures span sectors including fintech, artificial intelligence, healthcare, mobility, renewable energy, recruitment technology, and digital commerce. Nigerian startups dominated the list with companies such as Aktivate, Bunce, Orbit Electric, ProDevs, Reisty, Redbiller Technologies Inc., Scandium Systems, and UltraPay making the final selection. Other featured startups include companies from Togo, Ghana, France, the United Kingdom, and pan African markets.

According to organisers, the summit has over the past decade showcased more than 100 high growth African startups to global investors and industry leaders, helping to create funding opportunities and international collaborations. Business Development Manager at Africa Tech Summit, Marc Mugenwa, said the quality of African startups applying for the showcase has significantly improved as the continent’s innovation ecosystem continues to mature.

He revealed that more than 200 applications were received for the 2026 edition, reflecting growing investor interest in African technology driven businesses. Industry observers say the event further highlights Nigeria’s strong presence within Africa’s startup ecosystem, particularly in areas such as fintech, artificial intelligence, mobility technology, and digital infrastructure, as African innovators continue attracting global attention and investment opportunities.
