Infinix is gearing up for the global launch of its HOT 60 Series, with the spotlight on the HOT 60 Pro+, a device designed to challenge perceptions about mid-range smartphones. Notably, the phone boasts an ultra-slim 5.95 mm profile, rivaling high-end models like Samsung’s Galaxy S25 Edge (5.8 mm) and weighing just 154.6g. With its curved-edge design, the phone feels even sleeker in hand, and the global teaser campaign titled “Thin, yet Everything” positions Infinix as a serious design competitor, not just a value brand.

Though yet to be officially confirmed, leaks suggest the HOT 60 Pro+ will launch in multiple variants, including 4G and 5G options. The 4G version may be powered by a MediaTek Helio G200 chip, while the 5G version could use a Dimensity chip. Storage and memory configurations include 256GB or 512GB storage with either 8GB or 12GB of RAM, making it suitable for gaming, content creation, and multitasking.

Online buzz, including from tech insider ICE CAT, has drawn comparisons between the HOT 60 Pro+ and leading devices like the Galaxy S25 Edge and iPhone. Side-by-side visuals highlight the Infinix’s ultra-thin build—comparable to four stacked credit cards or slimmer than three coins. This has fueled excitement among tech enthusiasts and sparked conversations about whether Infinix could lead the next wave of design-centric smartphones.

In addition to its aesthetic appeal, the HOT 60 Pro+ is expected to offer practical features like a long-lasting 5,000 mAh battery—possibly enhanced by new silicon-carbon tech—and a competitive price point around ₦439,500 (~$293). With these specs, Infinix is aiming to deliver affordable luxury, making premium features more accessible to Nigerian users, especially youth seeking style, performance, and value in a single package.
